Support Initiative
SINCE 2026
Starting in 2026, Jolab launched a long-term initiative supporting therapy dogs in Taiwan. Therapy dogs play an invaluable role in hospitals and courtrooms, providing comfort and emotional support to those who need it most. Through this campaign, Jolab seeks to raise awareness and encourage donations to support this meaningful work.
Every mask sold =
30ml of clean drinking water donated.
Jolab partnered with South African distributors and municipal governments to bring clean drinking water to communities in need. For every mask sold during this period, we donated an amount of clean water equivalent to the serum contained in each mask (30ml).
From a mountain rose garden,
to a force that lifts a community.
Roses are an essential ingredient across Jolab products — from serums to masks. To source them, we turned to local suppliers.
Nestled in the valley between Daping Mountain and Shizi Mountain in Shanlin, Kaohsiung, Shanlin Rose Farm is the local partner with whom we forged a fruitful and inclusive partnership in 2023.
As business demand grew, we worked closely with the farm to develop procedures, enhance production capacity, and meet growing needs. To accommodate this growth, we helped the farm connect with local labor — including both the young and the elderly of the area. Through this collaboration, they built a strong sense of community while contributing to the farm's success.
Over the years, we have also shared technical and operational expertise to refine the farm's extraction process, ensuring the purest and highest-grade extraction of the rose's active compounds.
